- For exchanges or returns, applicable delivery charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Return & Claim Policy
- Unused and unworn products may be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided they are accompanied by the original invoice.
- Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Requests for exchange or return without the original invoice cannot be processed.
- Products purchased during promotional campaigns, clearance sales, or special offers are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned product.
Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect:
- Please submit your claim within 30 days from the date of purchase along with the original invoice.
- Upon inspection, MUSAVO reserves the right to either repair the product or replace it with a new one of the same or equivalent value.
Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Claim Processing
All approved claims and return requests are typically processed within 15 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
